REFUND POLICY

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All products are direct sale. You agree to these terms when purchasing.

  2. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  

  3. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse service.

  5. We can be reached by email info@lareinacosmetics.net - please allow 48 hours for a response. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing after placing order (not including holidays). Clothing and blankets will be shipped within 3 weeks as they are made to order. 

  2. All items are shipped from California and will arrive via USPS.

  3. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, including packages delivered to the wrong address. If your package is lost or stolen, you will have to place an insurance claim with USPS. 

  4. If the package is sent back, you are responsible for the shipping fee to send it again. If you'd prefer a refund, cost of items will be refunded but shipping fee will not be. 

  5. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier.
