REFUND POLICY

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All products are direct sale. You agree to these terms when purchasing.

  2. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please purchase ROUTE protection if you’d like coverage on your items. 

  3. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse service.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Please allow up to 7 days for processing after placing order (not including holidays). 

  2. All items are shipped from California and will arrive via USPS.

  3. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, including packages delivered to the wrong address.

  4. If the package is sent back to La-Reina Cosmetics, you are responsible for the shipping fee to send it again. If you'd prefer a refund, cost of items will be refunded but shipping fee will not be. 

  5. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier.
